Elijah 'Eli' Robert

....and the cuteness continues. My siblings seem to reproduce remarkably well. Often, yes--- though more so what I mean is-- all so adorable. I was able to be there when this little guy was born about a week ago. SOOO amazing these little babies coming to earth. Few experiences in life that so directly cause my testimony to grow. Absolutely love him! Congrats Jake and Pep!

made me think...

Occasionally while I work at my computer I will listen to a conference talk. Today I listened to 'Awake, Arise, and Come Unto Christ' by Sheri Dew. This talk was actually given at a Women's Conference at BYU. It was very inspiring. It was just what I needed.

This made me think:

"We each have our own customized opportunities to deal with disappointment, yet our disappointments don’t change the doctrine."

Quick to Observe

When I am at work and at my desk I usually just enjoy the silence. Most people at work listen to music or a book on tape. I listen to music occasionally. Today I decided to listen to a talk on lds.org....it was inspiring, and made work a much brighter place.

It was by Elder Bednar entitled "Quick to Observe." I highly recommend it. I think sometimes I am slow to observe. Sometimes I don't listen and I hesitate to act.

Heaven knows some of the greatest blessings come to those who are quick to observe and then act on it.

I am going to work on that.
